You can play the offline aspect of mycareer, which is the nba games, streetball, etc. you can play anything except park, rec, proam and park side courts. As per my knowledge, You'll need PS Plus for multiplayer if you use 2 different consoles. Split-screen co-op won't need any PS Plus subscription. I accidentally linked my PC account to my wrong PSN account on a different region (so I can't utilize the cross save at all sadly) and it's very aggravating. Do not make my same mistake as I am probably done with the game due to Genshin Impact is available on a variety of platforms, and so cross save was always going to be a highly requested feature.
